Find a way of finding and purging all shadowed users from Confluence

    Description

      A shadow user is a user that has been duplicated - they exist in both local and external user management.

      This is a potential cause for confusion to Confluence administrators and plenty of support requests.

      Richard suggested that we should find a way to search these users and purge them from Confluence.
