Closing the sidebar results in bad formatting of the footer in Easy Reader theme FF, IE8 and Safari

• Add text and a picture to a page.
• Save the page
• Close the sidebar
• Scroll down

After closing the sidebar, the footer overlaps with the document.

Ben reported a similar problem a few months ago, so I asked him about this one. He thinks it has something to do with not resizing/not resizing on page load.
