German admin console warning has layout problems

change Confluence language to German
navigate to this page: http://bluemoon:8080/confluence/admin/console.action

The third warning has some layout issues:

• The third box is not large enough for the text
• The entire first paragraph is linked. The link should only highlight the text "unsere Online-Dokumentation" as in the first paragrph.
• The yellow color should extend throughout the box.
