Add keyboard navigation support for image/link property panels

      NOTE: This suggestion is for Confluence Server. Using Confluence Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      You can currently open the property panels via keyboard navigation. You should then be able to tab into the property panel buttons. Currently it is mouse click only.
