calendar plugin not working

      Java Version = 1.6.0_20
      Operating System = Windows 2003 5.2

    Description

      Calendar plugin is not working since last 2-3 weeks. Getting following error on all the pages where calendar plugin is being used:
      Error formatting macro: calendar: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: The datetime zone id is not recognised: GMT+05:30

      Calendar plugin version = 2.7.2.1

      Please let me know if i need to attach any log files
