Make the pdf page export use pagetitle for the filename if possible

    Description

      Due to CONF-18704 the filename of the generated pdf now contains only the page id. This is not ideal, we should make the pdf generator more aware so it uses the pagetitle if possible. Similar to how Confluence handles page views.
