Macro autocomplete for macro doesn't work in between another macros if the lines between the macros is deleted

Reproduced in full technicolor with different macros. It's a little more complicated than just nesting. Basically the problem doesnt seem unique to autocomplete but rather with the macro browser not knowing where the macro body starts and ends (if that makes any sense)
