"Cancel" button name on "Move Page" dialog is hardcoded and can not be localized

page-move-dialog.js contains string
structure.addButton("Cancel", options.cancelHandler, "move-cancel-button");
where "Cancel" is hardcoded and can not be localized. Button name should be taken from properties file.
