First row of editor is hidden underneath wiki markup toolbar in IE7 and IE6

      In IE6 or IE7...

      1) Set default editing mode to Wiki Markup.
      2) Go to any page and add a comment.

      The first row of the comment box is hidden underneath the wiki markup toolbar.
