Ellipsis in attachment name causes error

When an attachment name contains the ellipsis character '...' the attachment cannot be deleted.
Any attempt to do so results in the error: 'You are not permitted to perform this operation.'

Permissions are fine, and any attachment on the same page without the ellipsis can be deleted without a problem.

The attachment has to be renamed in the database, as attempting to use the Edit link causes a system error:

java.lang.NullPointerException
at com.atlassian.confluence.pages.actions.MoveAttachmentAction.bootstrap(MoveAttachmentAction.java:120)

Have not been able to test in Conf3, but could not find a report of this anywhere, so I'm assuming (despite the inherent risks in that!) that it still exists.
