Quick navigation aid will be hanging if we type umlaut character

    Description

      When user tries to do search via quick search. Once, user types any character, the quick search aid will help you by listing down the related pages. However, the quich search aid will be hanging if we type umlaut character.

      The steps to reproduce the problem:

      1. Created a page which title is Umlaut ä Test. Do content indexing.
      2. Type word Umlaut on the quick search and the quick navigation aid lists down the correct page title which is Umlaut ä Test
      3. Type word Umlaut ä, the quick navigation aid hangs
      4. Type word Umlaut ä XXXX (continue from the above step), the quick navigation aid keeps hanging.
