Rich text editor changes wiki markup

Below the starred line is code that a user has on a page within Confluence. They use the Rich text editor for their editing. When they edit and save, the ':border=true' in

{section:border=true} disappears. This happens even if your default is set to wiki markup and you switch into the Rich text editor to see your changes.

I have replicated this bug as well. Is there a fix for this?
