Description
Hi,
[background-optional to read]
Since Confluence 3.0 I would like to use the new PDF export feature to produce external documentation.
I have to use a single page export as I have several documentations in the same space.
With the single page export to PDF, I can't benefit of the table of contents rendered by the PDF export. So I would like to use the toc macro to render my own table of contents in the PDF documentation.

I try to use the toc macro to generate my table of contents in a documentation, however for each items with the same name, the generated anchor are identical.
So in the following example :
h1. Chapter 1 h2. Introduction h1. Chapter 2 h2. Introduction
The table of contents will generate the same link for the two "Introduction" items.
[Document#Introduction]
Especially confusing when rendering in a very large PDF export.
