    Description

      Related to support case CSP-29092. We already have a similar utility for Permissions (that fixes CONF-10686).

      Could create a "fixCaseInLabels" JSP linked to a "LabelCaseFixer" helper class that updates the usernames in the LABEL table in a similar way to Permissions.
