Error message is incorrectly reporting the attachment size when it is too large to upload

    Description

      Set the attachments maximum size to 50 kB (51200 B)

      Now to try to upload any attachment which is bigger than 50 kB

      The upload will fail, and return to the user the message:

      Total upload size is too large (51 kB). Reduce total filesize to below 50 kB

      We are reporting incorrect information to the user.

      Expected: The message should give the actual size of the file.
