Mail config that worked in 1.0 doesn't work in 1.1.1

    Description

      I'm using the exact same confluence-mail.cfg.xml in my 1.1.1 installation as in my 1.0.3 installation, but sending mail no longer works.

      The SMTP server in question only accepts mail from localhost. Could it be that 1.1 isn't using the loopback (127.0.0.1) interface?
