RTE inserts an extra blank line after headings in IE

    Description

      From testing CONF-13775

      To reproduce:

      • Add new page in RTE mode
      • Press Ctrl+1 and type "Heading"
      • Press enter, and type "normal text"
      • Switch to wiki markup, then back to RTE
      • There is now an unwanted blank line between the heading and the normal text. Any text entered on this line will not be converted to wiki markup.

      This does not happen in Firefox
