Classic theme seems to override configuration of Default theme

The steps to reproduce:

1. Set your Confluence instance to have confluence classic theme as its global theme.
2. Set your space theme to be Default Confluence theme.

When you view a page, you should be able to see that Confluence still renders tab like it is using Confluence classic theme. Please find the attachment of the result of the steps explained above.
