Using heading formats in lists and tables inserts unwanted new lines @ cursor

    Description

      1. Edit page with RTE
      2. Insert a table and place cursor in a cell
      3. Press Ctrl+1 (or select Heading One from menu) and start typing. You will see an extra new line added before the heading.

      Doing the above in a list also has the same problem.
