GreenMail needs to be patched to support a mail server on different machine from test server

If the acceptance tests are running on a different machine from the test server then test that need to talk to the SMTP server will fail.

Greenmail 1.3 doesn't pass the javax.mail.Session the host.name parameter meaning that localhost is always assumed.

See GreenMailUtil#getSession. It creates Properties to be used in Session.getSession(props) but does not include the host.name.

We'll probably need to patch and release a new internal GreenMail version. I see no later version and no issues for this problem in their issue tracker.
