The example stylesheet theme has breadcrumb overlapping issues in 2.10-m8

On the page http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/DOC/Creating+a+Stylesheet+Theme we provide the Easy Blue theme as an example to download as a JAR file.

Unfortunately, when used in Confluence 2.10-m8, the first characters of each breadcrumb are cut off.

We should provide a corrected version as the downloadable example.
