Validation errors in RSS feed configuration screen results in broken UI widgets and null pointer exceptions in logs

    Description

      If the form submitted to the RSS feed builder fails input validation (either no spaces selected or no content types selected) a NullPointerException is generated in the logs and the page renders with an empty space list. The input validation errors are reported correctly however.

      A typical log error appears as:
