add max number of items and timeframe to recently-updated macro

The list generated by the "recently-updated" macro might get quite long, too long for some places like a home page.

The blog-posts macro has a parameter to specify the maximum number of items to display, and optionally a timeframe to use (e.g., last 7 days). Unfortunately, the recently-updated macro does not have either of this.

Please amend the recently-updated macro to allow to specify

• the maximum number of items to display
• a timeframe to use for display.

That would make the output much more and readable.
