Add user permissions to the SpaceSummary

At the moment on a conf server with many spaces ( docs.codehaus.org ) the initial load requires a call per space to get the user permissions.

This way I can decorate the tree with locks if the user has not got read access.

If this came back with the SpaceSummary , I would get it all in 1 round trip.
