Instead of just 'watching' a page yes/no, allow more flexibility in how a user interacts with a page: I grouped these both together because they seem like similar 'cron'-based page notification events.
- set a reminder
- click 'remind me', enter a date and time. An email notification is sent at that date and time with a URL to that particular content. Reminder has nothing to do with the watch status.
- (optionally, allow other email addresses to be submitted, in a 'trusted' environment')
- snooze an actively changing page
- after responding to a page change notification, click 'snooze'. set a date and time. All 'change notifications' for that page (for that user) will be postponed until after that snooze date. On the snooze date, the user will either get a single notification with a complete change long for that content, or nothing if nothing has changed. After the snooze period, the watch status returns to normal.
- (optionally, allow ALL notifications to be surpressed. this would be used to spare co-authors from an email barage if you know you are going to make dozens of edits in the next few hours.)
