Wiki outgoing links are incorrectly reported (false positive)

In a wiki page, if you escape a square bracket, such as [hello], then go to Page Information, [hello] is listed as an out-going link.
I noticed this when wikifying some regular expressions which used character sets, e.g. /[Hh]ello/ matches both "Hello" and "hello".
