Better error-handling for RSS macro if it finds HTML page

      If the RSS macro retrieves an HTML page by mistake, parse the page for its <title> and display that title as part of the error message: that way the user gets a clue as to what they're retrieving instead.

      e.g. if the title is "Confluence - Login"...
