It would be great if a user can configure settings to allow for removal of trashed pages after a certain point. i.e. purge all deleted content in the trash that is more than a week old.
This is presently not possible due to the lack of information regarding deleted objects stored in the database.

The original description suggests that a user should have the feature to schedule purges. I'd like to add my support for this, but suggest also that it would be great if a Confluence Administrator could initiate a purge of all wiki spaces on a scheduled basis.
