Update members in team tags automatically

Currently, when we use a tag for a group (for example, @TeamA), it notifies all the members of that team (e.g.: John, Jose, Maria, etc.). However, when changes are made within the group (such as new members added or existing ones removed), these tags in the pages do not update the team members automatically. 

This means that every time there's a change in the team composition, all the pages with the tag need to be manually updated to ensure the right people are notified. Not only is this a time-consuming process, but it also increases the risk of oversight or error, potentially leading to communication gaps.

Therefore, we strongly advocate for a feature that automatically updates user tags when changes are made to the group composition. This would ensure that the correct team members are always notified, regardless of team changes, and would significantly reduce the time and effort required to manually update this information.
