Link to a word or phrase in a page

A nice feature would be able to link to a word or phrase in a page, without having to set up anchors.
This works at the moment with headings, but not with general text.

i.e. the link Page#blah would navigate to Page, and scroll the page to the first occurance of "blah" in the page.
