Add a preference to hide "hidden" files in the attachments

      The new WebDAV plugins allows client OSes to create and edit attachments. On Mac OS X, when this happens, the OS creates temp files, usually in the format ._filename.ext. We need to create a preference, turned on by default, that hides these "hidden" files.
