Index macro display with long URLs on pages reduces usability

      The index macro adjusts column width for the longest displayed word (i.e., sequence of characters).

      That makes tables extremely wide if indexed spaces have pages with very long consecutive character sequences.

      Incidentally, URLs to configured RSS feeds in Confluence, due to the paramteres in the URL, get very long. Hence, spaces having URLs to RSS feeds in Confluence make the index macro display near to unusable.
