Users who have HTML content they wish to import into Confluence have a choice of two third-party extensions. They can run JParsec ( http://jparsec.codehaus.org/Html2Confluence ) or the HTML to Confluence PHP Script ( http://confluence.atlassian.com/x/awIC ). Neither are easy to use.
An improved conversion process, such as being able to point Confluence to a link and click 'Import as page', or enhancing and hosting the Converter PHP script, would make the migration process less intimidating for new users.
