Add a globally configurable setting Session timeout

Confluence single sign on is great. There are multiple authentication methods supported & they work just as expected. We were thinking to reduce number of days a session can stay active or default timeout setting. We observed that session timeout setting is currently not available in confluence. Security is one of the key concern area & looking at cloud based setup, our risk approach to reduce unwanted data leak needs the session timeout values defined based on our requirement. 

If it is possible, we would like to see login timeout/ session timeout customization. It will also help other companies.
