      NOTE: This suggestion is for Confluence Cloud. Using Confluence Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      When you specify multiple topics in the questions list macro it currently applies an AND operator. Customers would like the ability to make it an OR operator.

      For example, questions in either the "insurance" or "accident" topics, not just questions in both of those topics.
