Ask a question macro

Needed to support the ask questions from a Confluence space story:

Story

• John is new at the company and is trying to find general information about benefits.
• He navigates to the HR space but doesn't see what he's looking for.
• He sees an "ask a question" button on the HR home page and clicks it.
• He's directed to CQ where he posts a question in the "HR" topic. (The HR topic is already selected for him)

Features

• Macro would be called the "Ask Question" macro (similar to the create page macro)
• When configuring the macro, it would have params for:
  • Button Text
  • Topic(s)
