Change number format according to locale for Excel Macro

      Description

      When the language and country are set to German in confluence, the number (dates too)should be displayed according to the German number format (which is 1.000,00 instead of 1,000.00). However, when the user upload an Excel file and preview it in confluence, the number is rendered as 1,000.00 instead of 1.000,00

      Suggestion

      Provide feature to allow user change the format according to locale.
