      Make a Confluence page with a Team Calendar macro display in a page gadget in JIRA.

      Current situation: if you attempt to display a Confluence page that contains a Team Calendar macro, you will instead see this error:

      Error rendering macro 'calendar' : No enum const class com.atlassian.confluence.content.render.xhtml.ConversionContextOutputType.PAGE_GADGET
