defaultView for list/upcoming view is inconsistently handled

      1. Using the macro property panel to set view to list, defaultView is set to upcoming.
      2. The edit dialog doesn't properly handle defaultView upcoming, as it instead sets it to month.

      Note: Using the edit dialog to set view to list operates normally, defaultView is set to list.
