Need a tooltip while editing an event

      NOTE: This suggestion is for Confluence Cloud. Using Confluence Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      When a user clicks the edit link, the Event Type is disable. It's quite difficult for a new user to figure out that he/she has to uncheck the "edit this instance" checkbox. So we might need a suggestion when a user hover over the disabled Event Type.
