Users are able to add a new calendar event if TC license is invalid one

      1. Setup Confluence with license 5000 users
      2. Setup TC with license 500 users
      3. Go to my Team Calendar then add a new calendar

      Actual

      • It shows the add new calendar popup

      Expected

      • It should not show Add calendar button in this case
