Monthly repeated event team calendar showing one hour difference between October and November for start time.

Steps to Reproduce

• Create a new team calendar with Europe/Moscow Timezone
• Change Profile Timezone to moscow. Profile > Settings 
• Create an event and set it to below configuration

Event Type : Event
What : Test
All day event : (untick)
When : 10-Nov-2016 08:00 to 10-Nov-2016 09:00
Repeat: Monthly
Repeat Every : 1 Month

Expected Results

User should be seeing the same start time set in october in november which is "08:00"

Actual Results

User seeing the start time set on November is "09:00"
