Log In link in the BSB is double-encoding the redirect URL

      In the attached image (from roadtrip15.atlassian.net) the Log In button takes the user to:

      /wiki/login.action?os_destination=%252Fquestions%252Ftopics%252F2326535%252Fnewyork

      The "%252F"s are encoded "%2F"s.

      (Note that there's an experiment now running on the roadtrip instance to fix the problem.)
