"Accept answer" UX polish

      we've implemented "accept an answer" and need to polish the experience. Some things to consider:

      • How do we communicate what the feature is?
      • Review for ADG compliance
      • is green colour coding sufficient for indicating acceptance state? (e.g. do we need an icon for colour bling people?)
