Unable to remove a topic inline

    Description

      NOTE: This bug report is for Confluence Cloud. Using Confluence Server? See the corresponding bug report.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Create a new question, and add a couple topics
      2. Upon the page reloading, click the pencil icon to begin editing the topics of this question
      3. Remove one or more topics
      4. Reload the page, and observe that the remove topics are still present

      Workaround:
      Edit the comment and remove the topic from within that form.
