Not all questions are being indexed properly (not showing in search results)

      Need to figure out what the pattern is. It's affecting both search results and tag subscriptions.

      For example, this one:
      https://answers.atlassian.com/questions/72405/suggestion-my-answers-usage-pattern

      Doesn't show when you search for it, or when you browse the tag:
      https://answers.atlassian.com/tags/answers/
