incomplete div being added to URLs

      Under some conditions, URLs are not rendering correctly. See https://answers.atlassian.com/questions/16685/optimistic-locking-in-jira-5.

      If you edit Matt's comment and paste the text, the URL doesn't render correctly. Pasting it into a text editor then recopying it renders fine, so there's something being added in the editor under specific conditions.
