When a user is disabled, show that user as disabled in the page byline

      NOTE: This suggestion is for Confluence Cloud. Using Confluence Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      When a user is disabled, they are listed as disabled in Confluence Administration.

      However, pages do not reflect that disabled state, and it can be confusing for other users if someone who has left the organisation.

      Confluence should provide a means for users to be able to recognise a user as Disabled (as the admin panel does).
