Provide the ability to select the assignee of a jira issue ticket when creating from Confluence

      When you create an issue from Confluence into JIRA, currently you cannot set or assign the created ticket from Confluence side.

      Therefore, to set the assignee, it's necessary to go to JIRA, open the newly created issue and then set the assignee from there.
