Add creation date to Task report macro

      Problem Definition

      When displaying a list of tasks in the task report macro, we have not idea when the task was created. This could help in prioritizing tasks other than with due date.

      Suggested Solution

      Add creation date of the task to the task report macro and the ability to use it to sort the report
